No Parties or Events: This is a family-friendly home, not a party space.

Smoking/Vaping: Not allowed inside the home. You may smoke outdoors if you dispose of waste properly.
Pets: Allowed~ Please clean up after your pet.
Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight.

Stairs/Deck/Patio: Surfaces may be slippery when wet — use handrails and caution.
Grill & Firepit: Never leave unattended; extinguish completely after use.
Respect the Space: Treat the home, furniture, and décor with care — damages may result in extra charges.

Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divided Sky Holdings, LLC, its owners, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from Guest’s use of the property, except those arising solely from Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Owner’s liability is limited to the amount of rent paid under this Agreement.
