✅ General Rules Check-In: After 3:00 PM Check-Out: By 11:00 AM Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (please be mindful of our peaceful neighborhood) Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 guests. No unregistered overnight visitors. No Parties or Events: This is a family-friendly home, not a party space. 🚭 Smoking, Pets & Visitors Smoking/Vaping: Not allowed inside the home. You may smoke outdoors if you dispose of waste properly. Pets: Allowed~ Please clean up after your pet. Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight. 🔒 Safety & Respect Stairs/Deck/Patio: Surfaces may be slippery when wet — use handrails and caution. Grill & Firepit: Never leave unattended; extinguish completely after use. Respect the Space: Treat the home, furniture, and décor with care — damages may result in extra charges. Emergency: Dial 911 immediately for fire, medical, or police assistance. 🛠️ During Your Stay Report maintenance issues right away so we can help. 🗑️ Cleanliness & Trash Please wash dishes used during your stay. Garbage & recycling: Place in bins provided. Do not leave food outside — it attracts wildlife. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Guest acknowledges that use of stairs, decks, patios, grills, or any other features of the property involve inherent risks. Guest voluntarily assumes all risk of injury, illness, or death arising from use of the property or amenities. INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY WAIVER Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divided Sky Holdings, LLC, its owners, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from Guest’s use of the property, except those arising solely from Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Owner’s liability is limited to the amount of rent paid under this Agreement.
